Would rate 0/5 if I could. Message therapist was nice but used no recognizable technique whatsoever. Felt like she watched a few youtube videos on massages and then tried her best. Her nails were long and left raised scratch marks all over my body. I went in here to get information on a membership and the girl working the front desk wasn’t able to give me any clear answers. I asked if there was a manager who could explain things and she said no. I decided at that point I wouldn’t be interested. If you can’t even have someone explain things clearly, what else will go wrong. I see from the other reviews I’m not alone
Went for a prenatal massage and the first thing the masseuse said was my belly is “huge” and wondering if they got my due date wrong. Proceeded with the massage and she was making small talk 75% of the time and brought up the monthly subscription three times during the massage trying to get me to sign up. Huge waste of money unfortunately and would not go back or recommend
Colby applies heavy pressure and has helped my neck and back so much, and the staff is so friendly! The best I’ve been to so far.
Terrible - don’t waste your time or money go elsewhere sorry, I wasted my money and time here today. Worst massage I ever had and I Have had some bad ones
