Massage Envy Back Bay has good masseuses but unfortunately the front desk won't pick up the phone, so I've literally have had to walk there to schedule a massage. This has happened multiple times, the most recent today, when I called 4 times in the span of 45 minutes (9:00 to 9:45). The last two times, I was literally across the street and could see through the plate glass window that the attendant was not busy and was at her desk, but just refused to pick up.
