I visited this spa over a year ago and it was a subpar experience. They have changed names. This used to be “elements” but now it’s serenity. I hope since the time being they improved. When I came in for my pre scheduled appointment, the lady at Cthe front desk didn’t introduce herself nor even shared her name. If you go to their website they don’t list the massage therapists available which I found problematic. came in with severe back pain after working on a truck all day, they worked my back over, going down each vertebrae and adjusting it. honestly better than any chiropractor I've been to.
