As a very active person I often feel discomfort in my muscles and joints so a few weeks ago I sort treatment from Hannah Garwood. She made me feel instantly at ease and explained very clearly how the treatment would work. Through a consultation she tailored the massage to my specific needs. Afterwards I felt I had gained back mobility in areas where there had been a huge build up of tension. This was genuinely a great experience and I would highly recommend Hannah for any one seeking to relieve stress or improve mobility.

The session was amazing. I was a bit nervous as this was me first ever massage but she was very polite and welcoming. The massage was amazing and I was close to falling asleep :). Very good experience

Best massage therapist I’ve had! I have received several massages from Hannah. I always go for ‘bespoke massage’ as she can tailor the massage to my needs. She is truly amazing and I’m so happy she is based in Brighton. I’ll try and make weekly bookings with her!
