I am very pleased with the Ultimate L-III massage chair that I purchased from Massagechairsforless.com. The product lives up to all the claims made on the company website, and I enjoy the features and programs that came with the chair. I had some issues with the "White Glove Delivery" and assembly of the chair (service purchased separately), which resulted in a couple of malfunctions popping up after the delivery people had left. This is my second chair from Scott's company. The Ultimate Ultra is their top of the line model. It is an awesome experience with2 exceptions. The calf roller is stationary. I assumed (was not told that) that in this class of chair, the calf roller would span the length of the calf and be on a track in order to do so. The stationary roller does a good job but it does not cover the entire calf. The 2nd issue is the air pressure. I especially hoped for very strong air bags in the arms. It did take much longer than the 7-10 it was expected to arrive but I was in constant contact with Scott P**** and his team. They ALWAYS PERSONALLY answered my calls, and text messages there were NO answering machines or answering services. Overall I am really impressed with the Ultimate Ultra Massage Chair and the company Massage Chairs for Less and I do realize that the shipping delays we beyond their control and should not be a negative reflection of this business in any way.
