I purchased my massage chair May 28, 2025 and now, 8 months later it will not turn on. I have phoned the store and left messages but have not received a call back. I am NOT happy!
We recently purchased our first massage chair. Steven was very knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. He knew our budget and did not try and upsell us. The delivery service was next day and very efficient. I would highly recommend shopping here!
I recently upgraded my old Panasonic massage chair (after 7+ great years of use - it still worked and looked like new) and bought a new Panasonic model from Steven’s store. Our experience shopping and purchasing a chair with Steven was wonderful. He suggested certain chairs based on my problem areas and budget. He allowed us to try as many chairs as we wanted to with zero pressure. It was difficult to decide because unlike other places we had been to, we liked so many chairs. The delivery was arranged for the next day (Sunday) and the whole family has been enjoying the benefits ever since. Best prices and best service!!
I purchased a massage chair from Massage Chair Superstore two months ago…Steven was a salesman I was dealing with and his guidance and knowledge were amazing…a big advantage of buying from this place is that you can come and try the product…Steven had told me that he was going to call me and let me know when delivery guys were coming…and that’s exactly what happened…I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good service and experience…
