I had a great experience shopping for a massage chair, and Joanne was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgeable about the different options available. If you’re looking for a premium high-end massage chair, look no further. Massage Chair Superstore has the best chairs, hands down. I have back issues and the chair I picked up has changed my life. I melt into it right after work - it’s incredibly convenient to have so accessible to me at any time. And the staff are so so friendly. Steven and Joanne are so attentive, knowledgeable and honest - they really know their stuff and treat you with exceptional service. Don’t wait - go check it out here, you will not regret it!

Nice store better selection than most other stores. Found nice chair and pricing was OK for what we wanted. Unfortunately was a discontinued model. For 3K concerned about warranty

Might be out of business as they are closed now and the mall is open for another 1.25 hours

We love our massage chair. Steven was such a huge help in finding the right chair and making sure it would work for us. As a pretty tall person, I needed to make sure I would fit in whatever chair we chose so being able to sit in them before choosing really helped. Steven asked us our budget and then suggested a few chairs that would work. We've had ours for two months and we use it daily.
