If you tell her where you need focus, she targets those areas with precision. I always leave feeling significantly better and more mobile. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real deep tissue work that gets results.
Sai is the absolute best you will find in Canada. Her technique and skill are like no other. Since seeing Sai on a regular basis my quality of life has drastically improved. I no longer have pains and aches and my yoga practice has elevated as a result of my improved mobility. I highly recommend rotating between all the massages she offers including deep tissue, aroma, Thai and the lymphatic drainage. Sai is a 10 star!!

As someone in the healthcare profession, knowing a bit anatomically, really made me realize how intentional Sai is. You could tell how knowledgeable she was based on her massage. Great at releasing the fascia, to help relax the muscle. I was really impressed. It was my first visit, and for the fair price, I will be returning on a more regular basis!
