Monique is fantastic! She’s prompt, professional and most importantly, really great at what she does. She’s helped me with sciatica, plantar fasciitis and just overall relaxation. She listens to my needs and adjusts accordingly and is knowledgeable, often advising me of tips and tools to use at home to maintain my well-being. Highly recommend!

Monique is the best, I have been going to her for years. A couple of years ago I had a rotator cuff issue. I had been going to physical therapy and I wasn’t getting better.
