As someone whose been an athletic most of their life with chronic back issues, I’ve been getting massages for years now, and I can safely say that Lily’s massage was more beneficial to relieving n my back and neck pain than any other massage I’ve had. She really cares about alleviating any pain or knots you have using techniques that cater to your needs. Highly recommend!

Lilly cranked on my back, neck and legs (full disclosure that's what I asked for). I'm usually skeptical that a short woman can apply enough pressure to break up the tissue in these areas, but that was not an issue for her. I was actually a little shocked at some comments that thought $80 for an hour was high. Most places in Plano are nearly double that. Lilly was great and I will definitely be back
