I have been getting massage for many years now and from a number of different massage therapist since I moved often when I was younger. Ligia is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. She has helped me improve my flexibility enormously. I had a bad bike accident as a kid and have always struggled with a kinked neck, no matter how often I stretch. But no longer!
