I had my first remedial massage with Laura on Monday, and the experience was outstanding. I’m running my first marathon in two weeks and had been dealing with tightness in my legs and glutes. Laura was able to release all the tight muscles, and by the next morning I had no pain at all. Everything felt loose, balanced, and unrestricted, and I was able to run comfortably again.
