Laura was very knowledgeable and experienced. She found knots I didn't even know I had! The neck pain I've been having has just about gone. And as a runner the leg work and stretches have definitely helped my running. I'll be definitely going back for maintenance and also if any other issues arise. I definitely recommend Laura, 2 thumbs up
The massage was really great. Laura listened perfectly to where my problem areas were and focused on them while still doing full body. I left very calmed and relaxed. Feeling great still a few days later!
