If you have never tried a salt booth you should. I came down with a cold and contacted Jamie for a session. It really helped me feel and breathe better.
I have been going to Jamie for several years. I want to emphasize that she has a remarkable ability to relax my muscles. She incorporates salt stones into her techniques, which I find incredibly soothing. She is an excellent massage therapist, and I highly recommend her. She dedicates time to focus on sore areas and ensures an overall sense of calm and relaxation throughout the entire body.
Always leave feeling 110% better than when I walked in the door! Love the salt booth for a little immunity boost & massages are tailored to whatever you/your body needs! Definitely recommend!
