I have problems with knots in my neck and shoulder, and I could not recommend Isobel highly enough. Her experience and expertise are evident in the results. During a 45 minute massage, Isobel zones in on the problem areas. I require some deep tissue work to release the pain/tension, and Isobel gets right to it. I float out of her clean and comfortable clinic like a new man. Easily the best deep tissue massage I've ever had.

I've been seeing Isobel for quite a long time now. Before i went, I seriously struggled with neck and back pain. It was making life quite miserable. My husband recently passed away - Afzal - and I was feeling very low after a fall and my body needed fixing. I went to Isobel for a deep tissue massage of the back neck and shoulders and what a fabulous rejuvenating experience. Not only did she cure my body of the aches and pains but she released a lot of the tension I had been experiencing and not only fixed my body but my mind aswell. Isobel is amazing. Within a minute of laying hands on you, she finds knots you didn’t even know existed. She’s incredibly skilled and certainly knows what she’s doing. The therapy rooms are warm and welcoming, creating a great space to get the work done. You walk away feeling looser and more flexible. Highly recommended.
