Not 1 cancelled appointment on the same day, but 2!!!! I showed up for my *already rescheduled (by her)* appointment on a Sunday and the door was locked. I knocked, rang the doorbell, thought maybe she was wrapping up with someone else. I texted her twice...nothing. I called, nothing. I sat in the 90* sun for 20 minutes waiting around. NOTHING. If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend booked me an appointment through her site for my birthday today. We showed up on time after receiving both a text and an email confirmation. The building is poorly labeled and we had a hard time finding it. When we got there, the doors were locked. We rung the bell, no answer. We probably called 10 times as well. Disappointed. Don’t book here.
