Not 1 cancelled appointment on the same day, but 2!!!! I showed up for my *already rescheduled (by her)* appointment on a Sunday and the door was locked. I knocked, rang the doorbell, thought maybe she was wrapping up with someone else. I texted her twice...nothing. I called, nothing. I sat in the 90* sun for 20 minutes waiting around. NOTHING. If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend booked me an appointment through her site for my birthday today. We showed up on time after receiving both a text and an email confirmation. The building is poorly labeled and we had a hard time finding it. When we got there, the doors were locked. We rung the bell, no answer. We probably called 10 times as well. Disappointed. Don’t book here.

Masseuse cancelled 2 appointments less than an hour before the appointment time. Scheduled Sunday - she canceled. Rescheduled for Monday and she canceled - while I was en route to her location. Very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for her customers’ time. Life happens, but canceling less than an hour before scheduled service (twice) is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.
