The most therapeutic massage you can find. She can read your body with her hands and find where you need more pressure or less. She can provide excellent deep tissue. She would be good with any need. I am very active and she is great with helping muscle tightness and knots. Highly recommend. I am 61 and have had a variety of massages, she is the best.
