As someone that suffers from chronic pain and inflammation ~ finding a massage therpaist as skilled as Apryl is like winning the lottery. You leave her table feeling deep relief and relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable about stretches and strengthening of the trouble areas that need support ~ which is an extra bonus for those of us that need that! 10 outta 10 recommend!
