The owner of this Massage centre is very rude and abusive. He just care about money not the clients the reason I said bcz I bought a package for massage and for one hour massage I wanted to split in 30 minutes and they did it for me and after that he called me saying that the 30 minute massage he will charge for one hour session then why you did not tell me at the spot and he cancelled my appointment without any reason why bcz he is the owner of this centre. Had an emergency appointment over the weekend after messing up my back and hips to the point I couldn't even walk. Paul was the person who was in, and spent the majority of the appointment over explaining things that were irrelevant for me to know, as a customer, rather than trying to help me alleviate my excruciating pain. Very disappointed I had to spend my money here to get two exercises only done in over an hour.
