I had a 60 minute massage today. Kyle is always friendly, professional and knows the right amount of pressure to apply to my problem areas. I always feel great after my massage and will continue to return. Highly recommended!

Don't know what changed here. Used to be nice at reception. I called this morning sick, asking to be rescheduled to a later date. The owner seemed to think I wanted to cancel with no notice, and asked me to call at a later date to reschedule. But I don't want to pay cancelation fees, so why would I do that? I clarify myself, and he offers me times for next week. I take a time, comment that next time I'll make sure to not to double book with my sick schedule, and am refused service.
