I booked a one-hour pedicure, but when I arrived, I noticed the setup was quite unusual. Instead of a proper pedicure chair, there was just a regular chair with a small basin of warm water on the floor. The technician was sitting on the ground, which instantly raised a red flag about the quality of service I was about to receive. I can see why locals drive over an hour away for spa services. Massage at the Lake was so wonderful in helping organize the perfect spa day for our girls’ trip. We had 7 people with different services, and they put together an efficient schedule and made sure we had lunch options on-site with a charcuterie board addition. We are so appreciative of their flexibility and would definitely return!
I feel really bad giving a small business this rating, but this was quite literally the worse experience I have ever had at the spa. I was in town for a bachelorette and a couple of us went to the spa for the day. I got the 50 minute facial and the actual facial was marginal nothing special and I’m pretty sure they use a mineral powered with color correcting properties that makes your skin look nicer than it is. We always enjoy our time at Massage At The Lake! Janet always makes you feel welcome and relaxed, her massages are top rate. Choose a couples massage for a special treat. We had Janet and Samantha. We felt wonderful and floated out to our car. Samantha was so helpful with my low back pain and explained my problem. I love going to Massage at the Lake, it’s truly a piece of heaven in Deep Creek❤️
Had an incredibly relaxing day with sauna, couples massage, and charcuterie board. They were very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!
