Appreciate the great service provided by therapist Vyta and helping me with my injury.
An unfortunate experience. Won't come back. Unprofessional. Made a complaint and was told that the office manager would get back to me with a resolution yesterday. No contact at all. Poor customer service. No clear communication of which health insurance providers are covered which is only one. Edit. Your response makes no sense. Regardless of your IT department my experience was bad. Excellent remedial massage from Vyta at Safe Place. Strong hands so really got the benefit of her kneading out the stiffness and knots. She also talked me through some of the reasons for where I have tension, gave some good tips on how to resolve these...thanks so much!
