Dr. Kerry Becht did the actual massage today. She listened and applied some different techniques than the regular massage therapists. The outcome was much better movement in my shoulder and hip.

I received two one hour massages last year for Christmas! I have called numerous times trying to book and can’t ever get in or can’t get them to answer. My gift card expires December this year. I called today to try to schedule and they are booked through the year. I asked if I could use in January and they said no. I really don’t understand this because they were still paid for this service. It’s not like they are giving me the money back so they used the money. Free nothing for them. Kasee was a good therapist but the very next day I broke out in hives. I called the office the next day to tell them of the issues I was having and to notify the therapist. I I have no known allergies so was very confused as to what was happening to me. My issue with the visit was after calling the office the next day.I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE! Everyone is so kind and the massages are wonderful. I had been through an emotional and physical ordeal last year and they treated me with such kindness, encouraged me, and the massage by Kasee was amazing. I highly recommend the Massage and Wellness Studio.
