Chris was great.. really knows the body. Not just a rub my skin all around or a “routine” massage, he gets in there where it matters! I’ll be back and I do recommend him for a strong muscle 💪🏼masssge. Thanks Chris🙂

Amber gives me a combo therapeutic massage working out ropey knots and luxurious complete body massage. Especially love the TLC to head, hands and feet.

I have had a wonderful experience with Massage and Motion. After every massage I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Chris is very professional and will go out of his way to work you into his booked days when you’re in pain. He is very knowledgeable about pain relief techniques. Highly recommend!
