Cris Is a professional, had an occipital nerve irritation causing headaches & Chris knew all the tight spots to loosen up. Headache went away & I feel great !!!!!!!!! Can’t recommend him enough!!
Chris is outstanding. All-around super guy on a personal level and he listened and knew how to target the areas I requested - not a mechanical, routine massage. He worked on the areas I specified and did so effectively.
I had a wonderful experience working with Chris at Massage & Motion! He took the time to listen to my concerns and goals of the massage session, and tailored my massage to those needs. He also provided helpful feedback on post-massage care and follow up.
Chris is super knowledgeable and really gets in the problem areas. I struggle from TMJ, tight neck shoulders and back, which he has really helped me relieve! Super cozy, clean, and warm environment too which really helps you relax!
Chris was great.. really knows the body. Not just a rub my skin all around or a “routine” massage, he gets in there where it matters! I’ll be back and I do recommend him for a strong muscle 💪🏼masssge. Thanks Chris🙂
