Both Chris and Amber are fantastic! My go to place for my chronic back issues.
Amber gives me a combo therapeutic massage working out ropey knots and luxurious complete body massage. Especially love the TLC to head, hands and feet.
Both Chris and Amber offer beneficial massage therapy services. I have had great experiences at Massage and Motion (both Chris and Amber) with therapeutic massage for various muscle pains and range of motion issues, and the facial massage with gua sha feels great!
I have had a wonderful experience with Massage and Motion. After every massage I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Chris is very professional and will go out of his way to work you into his booked days when you’re in pain. He is very knowledgeable about pain relief techniques. Highly recommend!
Massage and Motion is truly outstanding! Christopher did an incredible job addressing my headache and TMJ pain. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored the massage perfectly to relieve my tension. I felt completely comfortable throughout the session, and the office was spotless and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I could not recommend Massage and Motion enough! I will definitely be returning.
