Started seeing Joe about 2 years ago for weekly one to one Yoga sessions. I suffer periodic lower back pain and I wanted to try Yoga to try and alleviate some of the symptoms. I also have regular massages which are second to non. Rarely have back issues and when I do a massage really works.

Had a great massage with Joe. My first ever deep tissue massage. He really knew how to handle my tense and stiff muscles, especially in my back. He was very friendly and put me at ease from the very beginning. Will definitely be back for more. Thanks Joe.

This was my 1st massage and it was amazing, Joe quickly put me at ease, this guy is a miracle worker he went to town on all the knots I had been collecting. Joe made sure he was using the right amount of pressure and regularly checked my comfort levels. The atmosphere was really calming cozy as well. I would highly recommend
