This is my first experience with Massage Addict and I have to say, it was a pleasant experience! The service was absolutely amazing. A special shout-out to Ms.Kamaldeep Kaur and she did an awesome job.She is professional,polite and super talented in therapeutic massage.The customer service was top-notch and all the staff members who assisted me were so friendly,helpful and super efficient. I highly recommend this place and my overall experience was beyond my expectation.Thank you so much
The therapist was good BUT the admin team are not professional or accurate, I have insurance direct billing with massage addict and this is not the first time I go there, however they waited till I had the service and surprised me that the therapist is still not on the system so they can not bill the insurance !!! And I must pay full which was extremely annoying to me and till now I could not reimburse the money and I do not enough time to deal with this hassle. Dmitry Gavrilov was very skilled and good at adjusting pressure as needed. The secretary was also very kind, patient and helpful.
Booked appointment for couple times and both the times they canceled it. First time around, I couldn’t check my email regarding the cancellation and went to location and the receptionist kept insisting on that they called me rescheduled, which they didn’t. I was given the reason that the therapist is sick which I understand. But second time, they just sent out another email for cancelation with no reason .
