I had a massage a few months ago. The MT was super light handed even tho I said I liked more pressure. I mentioned a problem area I wanted to focus on & she only worked on the area for about 20-25 minutes. Her massage was relaxing & she was decent. My real complaint is with the management. This is the 3rd maybe 4th massage addict I’ve had issues with in regards to upholding my appointment. Cade is fantastic! I felt so welcomed and at ease from the start. He really listened to my needs and provided an amazing, personalized massage. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, highly recommend!
New receptionist is not able to process claims correctly, last night they wanted to charge me full amount because they could not figure that I had a separate balance on my spouse’s plan. Then, when they processed a claim, somehow the amount was not correct and I had to submit an insurance claim myself after partially paying for service yesterday. I have nothing good to say this is the worst location by far,I am completely disappointed in their customer service. I will not be going back to this location ever the only reason why they are getting one star is because I have to select something in order to make a review, I took time off work, drove from the northside to the southside for an appointment at 4:45.
