I couldn't seem to find an RMT that really listened to my needs until I found Kristine A. The more traditional tissue massages left me feeling sore for days, no matter how much I would tell the RMT to go softer. I almost gave up on my search until I tried a hot stone massage with Kristine. I wasn't sure how effective this massage was going to be, but it was exactly what I needed. Very poor service, bad attitude, no customer service, absolutely no respect to customers. I booked appointment for my 84 year old mom. They had double booked, and accused me of being in a different location even after confirming that my mom had been there before with the same lady. My mom and I were basically kicked out of there calling us liers. This is was not my first visit, my mom had previous visits there. ITS THE GIRL AT FRONT DESK. She is practically bullying the customer.
My therapist, Caroline, was very professional. She asked me questions about my visit to the clinic, and she concentrated on the area of concern. The treatment I received helped relieve my lower back pain. Thank you.
