Seeing similar feedback from other patrons here. Had my appointments cancelled 3 times in a row with no concern to rebook. Receptionist seems to have a chip on her shoulder, instead of being apologetic. Taking my business elsewhere, extremely poor service at this location which leaves a bad impression of the franchise itself.
Meghan M. sets a warm, peaceful, lower light environment for complete relaxation. I feel I can disconnect from the real world for that hour. Her techniques are excellent for what I like. We chat in the beginning and then she works in silence so I get to enjoy the full treatment. Every other RMT I’ve received treatments from there are also fantastic. Love the flexibility of multiple RMTs in one spot. Highly recommend.
Very disappointing. My appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before, twice. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. Not reliable.
