Natalia is amazing. Her pre-massage questions and post-massage suggestions for stretching were comprehensive and professional. The facility is clean and reception is friendly.
I recently received 2 massages from Frank at Ottawa's Massage Addict shop on Bank Street. I arrived with severe pain across my upper back, shoulders and neck---In the first massage he was able to get rid of most of the pain, all except one remnant around my upper left side. The second massage completely finished the job! He seemed to press out the tension with very firm but gentle moves. Highly recommended.
