I went to go for my booked massage tonight, and I was advised I had no appointment booked. I booked this apt on March 12th and have received multiple email and text confirmations, which I showed the receptionist my confirmation emails and texts. She was extremely rude and said “what do you expect me to do”. I left without a massage, and this is the 2nd time in the 3 months I have been going to them that they have done this. Marnie was great for my appointment. I enjoyed that aspect of coming in. If it were not for the reception, I would come back to see her again. Unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to be allowed to pay for my service. The receptionist had someone else pay as me (due to not asking for name after service) and it took him over 20 minutes to figure out how I could pay the amount I am suppose to rather than the extra $30-40.
