Won a free massage. She was very good and very professional. Couple times I was almost in tears but in a good way, I was very sore and she really helped. Can't remember the person's name.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my friend’s family had at Massage Addict. When booking the appointment, she clearly explained that the massage was for a child and confirmed—more than once—that children typically receive 30-minute sessions. The front desk staff assured her the appointment would be booked for one hour. Zachery was fantastic. He really listened to what I needed, checked in throughout the massage, and made sure everything was comfortable and effective. He was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. I left feeling so much better and would absolutely recommend him.
Beverley was incredible and the person at the reception very welcoming and both were very professional
