3 appointments on 3 different dates with 3 different massage therapist all cancelled. 2 on the day and 1 a couple days before. All after I confirmed the appointments via their text message. I understand things happen but I wasn't even offered another weekend slot or a slot after work hours, only a Tuesday at 1:30pm (to make up for the last cancellation). No attempt to accomodate at all. I won't be booking at this location again.
Excellent experience. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. I have been using their services for over a year, specifically massage therapy and acupuncture, and the results have been outstanding. Rahul (RMT) and Victor (acupuncture) are exceptional practitioners. They always take the time to properly assess my health needs and recommend the most appropriate treatment. I have had consistently positive experiences here. The staff are professional, welcoming, and very skilled, and I truly appreciate the flexibility in appointment availability, which makes it easy to book a massage that fits my schedule. Treatments are always high quality and leave me feeling well cared for. The only small area for improvement would be the online booking system, which could be a bit more streamlined, but this has not taken away from the overall excellent experience. I would happily recommend this location.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! please do not bother going here, as you will be disappointed. Me and wife had an appointment booked about 1.5 months in advance and both our appointments got cancelled a few days prior. My appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, without any reason as to why. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
