Always an amazing experience here when I come. The staff are great and from what I hear and see, the management is great as well. The manager Emily has helped me alot and is always such a gem. It's so nice rebooking with her and seeing her when I check in and out. So sweet and funny and makes my day everytime I go. The therapists themselves are also amazing! Great massage, easy transition in and out and they keep my insurance on file so I don't have to claim it on my own.
They are sometimes hit and miss, they always make me refill out my information on this clip board because they say they have not updated my info for the last two years 2 years, even though I come there 3-5 times a year and I’m constantly having to refill this paper work. So the organization of the office is wonky but the staff them selves are ok, but every time I find a therapist I like they always leave in the next 3 month. My massage today was incredibly disappointing. Time was wasted just waiting for her to get back into the room — it doesn’t take me 10 minutes to get onto the bed, so there’s no reason it should take that long for her to come back. That really cuts into the actual massage time. On top of that, she wore gloves the entire time and barely used any oil.
