Update: The owner, Melissa, contacted me about my experience described below and offered me another treatment with a different massage therapist. I just left an appointment with Stephen, and it was fantastic. He was thorough and focused on the areas I needed work on most. He also showed me things I can do at home to help. I feel much better than I did going in.
