I tried to book a massage online and it said I had to contact the clinic so I did. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. At that point I just assumed the receptionist forgot I was there so I hung up and tried again, they didnt even answer my call. The Massage Addict team on Fanshawe is MUCH better than this one. Disgusting performance.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this place they had charged me $100 for an appointment booked by there website error and later on made it seem like it was a mistake made on my end.
BRICE was a tremenduos professional. He listened my reasons to be there and worked on identifying my body responses to focus on the best approach to relieve my pain. It was my best experinence so far.
