I had a very disappointing experience with this Massage Addict location. During my membership, two different massage therapists made unprofessional and inappropriate comments to me before sessions even began. Because of this, I began to feel anxious every time I had an appointment, which is the opposite of what a wellness service should provide. I had my first massage at this location this week. It was with Jason A, i gotta say, Jason was great at finding the right spots to put pressure on while somehow still maintaining a great conversation. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a spot to get a massage as he was also very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns i had.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with this location. It’s convenient because it’s very close to my home, however they’ve cancelled on me three (3) times now all within 2 hours of my appointment. If a client cancels anywhere within 24 hours they need to pay in full, but the massage therapist can cancel 2 hours before at no cost? That’s unprofessional and unacceptable.
