I booked a last minute massage today and selected “any provider”. For the time I wanted, I paired with Nick. By far, one of the best massages that I have ever had. Nicks pressure is 10/10. I typically never talk during a massage but felt comfortable with him and he was a great conversationalist. The next time I go, I am hoping to have Nick available. Amazing experience!
I went for my second appointment this evening and I am quite disappointed in the lack of customer service. I left without treatment. My first appointment was good. It met my expectations. Their price is a bit higher than my last RMT, and my appointment was with someone who is fairly new in the field, but it was a good treatment. She wasn’t too chatty, and she did a pretty good job. Appointments are always on time. I like that I get reminders leading up to appointment. Therapist Stephanie is knowledgeable, friendly , gives recommendations post treatment. understands my body and how to allow me to feel better Staff at counter are always friendly and efficient
