I forgot about my appointment completely and I got a call asking to reschedule - because I live so close by they allowed me to arrive nearly 20 minutes late and still gave me the full time slot with zero penalty. 10/10 customer service and truly going above and beyond what is expected.
So easy to book, receptionist was lovely + so kind, and my RMT was phenomenal 10/10
It's Walmart. It's a smaller store.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The massage and cupping worked really well to loosen up some trouble areas.
