RMT Bella (Beza) is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I came in with severe lower back pain and shoulder pain, and she targeted the exact areas I needed. I had 3 session with her and even if after just one session, my mobility improved drastically. Her techniques like cupping, deep tissue, therapeutic treatment is amazing! a truly professional and effective treatment! The environment is very clean and the staff was friendly especially Ayisha (receptionist).😊 I greatly recommend Capilano branch.

The front receptionist was nice, but the massage was awful. I felt like I was being thrown around the table like I owed the man money. The masseur also tried to get me to book massages every 2 weeks at $130 as part of my "treatment" even though I only booked because my shoulder was a little stiff after a workout and the massage didn't even help with that.
