I debated whether or not to share. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. This is the second time. ( two different RMT’s for the appointments) I went In the other day, prior to my appointment on the waver I was asked if I wanted a quiet session- I said yes. I had a great experience at this massage clinic last week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place is super clean, smells amazing, and the relaxing music creates a really calm atmosphere. I chose the quiet session and enjoyed every moment of the full body massage - from head to toes. I needed to get a deep tissue massage. I found it very difficult to discuss my neck and back issues with the technician because there was a language barrier. I requested her to go very deep. Normally, it is painful ... but she just didn't seem able to or didnt understand. I kept saying I want it to hurt. It never really hurt. I think she finally understood when she hit my legs because she seemed to use more force but I was truly there for my neck and shoulders to get the heavy hit. She kept saying .. does this feel good?
