Booked an appointment a week ago. I came all the way from Milton, showed up 10 minutes early. While waiting, the receptionist tells me that my massage therapist just called and won’t be coming in. They have last minute cancellation fees, where is my fee for my gas and time? Very very disappointing and frustrating.
