The receptionist we had at yesturdays visit was great. A 5 star for her. The only issue I do find is the past few visits, the massage is cut short. Pay for 60 and get 45-50 minutes of the actual massage due to being called to the room late.
Because it's a clean, calm and professional environment. And of course Ravi is by far the best masseuse I've ever had.
What a joke, I spoke to someone Oct 27th, yesterday about booking a massage for 6:00pm and they told me yes you’re confirmed and everything for an appointment. As someone who has been having chronic back pain. This is terrible, I showed up to the greenbank location and was told that I was never booked in. I said “what do you mean I spoke to someone over the phone yesterday confirming my appointment?” All I got was “mmm sorry there’s nothing I can do about that” I’ll be changing where I get massages.
