Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Very disorganized and rude. Charged me for the wrong service on my first appointment and then gaslight me when I wanted it corrected. Filed insurance improperly without letting me know. Front desk is out to lunch. Only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because the practitioners are lovely.
Fantastic massage therapists and cozy rooms. I had been with different practitioners in this location. The last 2 times with Jason Kelly. Fantastic! All of the other massage therapists are great!
Visited massage with lots of pain and stiffness in my lower back and ankle. Stacy, my massage therapist did a wonderful job. The massage was perfect and pressure was applied according to requirement.. surely the place *massage addict* does justice to its name. Will surely go back and have the massage done again within a week. Would highly highly highly recommend stacy for massage.
