I had positive experiences with an individual massage therapists, Christine, and the acupuncturists, who were professional and skilled. Unfortunately, the overall management and customer service fell well below expectations. There appears to be constant staff turnover and, more concerning, the tone and level of respect demonstrated by the owner at the Barrhaven and Hunt Club locations did not align with what is expected as a paying client. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Very disorganized and rude. Charged me for the wrong service on my first appointment and then gaslight me when I wanted it corrected. Filed insurance improperly without letting me know. Front desk is out to lunch. Only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because the practitioners are lovely.
Fantastic massage therapists and cozy rooms. I had been with different practitioners in this location. The last 2 times with Jason Kelly. Fantastic! All of the other massage therapists are great!
