The front desk staff was incredibly rude. The receptionist mistook my physiotherapy phone for a massage therapy device, and my insurance refused to cover it. The music was also incredibly annoying, causing me a headache. The masseuse could have done better. He seemed lazy and focused more on pressing than on performing proper blood circulation exercises.
Service was exactly what I needed. Facilities were clean. Billing was straight forward. Gregory was a pro. Best RMT I've worked with
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve been getting massages here for about a year now, and this was roughly my third visit First time with Jian (Mia) Li did an excellent job with my prenatal massage. She was gentle and gave me exactly what I needed. She was also great at identifying the areas where I was experiencing pain and stiffness and focusing on those areas. Thank you, Mia.
Went in for a Prenatal massage, Suki was wonderful ! 10/10
Felt relaxed and customer service was a 10.
