I had the worst massage experience of my life at Massage Addict in Pickering and felt I needed to share this so others know what to expect. Before the session even started, the RMT warned me several times about how strong the pressure would be and how intense the treatment might feel. This Massage Addict location is fantastic! Awesome massages from Trista and Dewar is amazing with his scraping, cupping, and massage. Would highly recommend. The owner Peter is always so nice to talk to and can book me in whenever I call or need help booking online.
The service is great! Reception is always friendly and helpful! AND my massage therapist is a magician!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt the need to share this. This was my second visit, and once again my massage started late and ended early. I was charged for 60 minutes but missed around 10 minutes of actual massage. The session felt rushed, and I didn’t feel listened to. While I said it was relaxing when asked, I wasn’t really happy with the experience. For the price ($135), I expected much better.
