Mara was extremely professional and nice. He was very patient and understanding of everything. He went over everything before he did it so I knew what to expect. Would definitely recommend him to others and especially to nervous or anxious people.
First time getting a massage in about 10 years and it was wonderful! The women at the front desk were lovely. Dennis was my RMT & he was attentive and so easy to talk to. I will be back!
Sure he wasnt focused on the tendons i mentioned were tight. Kept massaging fine loose muscles instead of the tendons causing pressure on my head. It felt like nothing. I asked him to switch to my forearm as it would be a better use of time, he insisted on massaging fine muscles on my neck. Eventually i ended the appointment 15 mins early basically wasted 45 mins of my time. Second time with John and the first time was just as bad.
