Staff is nice and place is clean and comfortable. My masseuse also did an amazing job!
This is the second time this has happened to me, and it’s extremely disappointing. I had booked a massage appointment and even took time off work to attend it. Unfortunately, just 20 minutes before the appointment, I received a call saying it was cancelled due to a staff member calling in or a family emergency. I understand that emergencies can happen, but there needs to be a more professional system of communication and scheduling in place. I once had a bad experience with a massage before, where I ended up with bruises on my back because of the excessive pressure. This was my first time getting a massage here, and I was really impressed with Betty McCabe who did the massage. She was very skilled, informative, and even shared some helpful tips. She made sure I felt relaxed and truly benefited from the therapeutic massage. I would definitely recommend her.
Natalia is an amazing therapist! Very professional and knowledgeable ! I wish I can book with her on a more regular basis but she is so good that she's always booked up :/ ... I think the only awkward moment is the tipping option at the end of the service ? You don't tip your physio, you don't tip your dentist you don't tip your chiro and you shouldn't be asked to tip an RMT - Pretty sure this is a violation of the billing standards that their college sets .
