Highly recommend Aleksandr, who does a great deep tissue massage! He was very thorough and is especially excellent at doing legs, which is important for someone like me, who hikes and runs.
The appointment was not found in the system when I arrived. The specialist wasn't there. No service was provided even though I received a confirmation email and text message confirming date and time. That's why I gave this rating.
On the afternoon of March 27, I visited Massage Addict, located on Fanshawe Park Road. While the massage service itself was excellent, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. I provided my prescription before my appointment so she could confirm the balance on my account. However, after my session, she informed me that I needed a prescription, which was confusing since I had already submitted it. Amazing experience with Dr. Laura Baxter, Chiropractor. Dr. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, explains the entire chiropractic process in an easy-to-understand way, and provides customized care based on your needs. After treatment I feel stronger, stand up straighter, and feel my posture and spine in much healthier alignment. Amazing!
