I didn't get good value for my money, Booked a one hour therapeutic massage but I’ve had a better overall experience elsewhere within a lesser schedule time period. Got there in time for my appointment but my therapist wasn't ready- I didn't mind the lateness but found it unfair for the 'lost' time to be reduced from my session. If you want to maintain a strict policy, then ensure the check-in is quick and the therapist is right on time. The client shouldn't be at loss. The massage itself didn’t address my concerns.
