I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Even before my first visit, they booked an appointment for me and my husband and then started sending warning messages demanding our credit card information. They told us if we didn’t provide it, our appointment would be cancelled — and they actually cancelled it. I have never seen such a policy at other clinics. Today was my first real deep tissue massage. I’m terrible with names (I believe his name was Alex?) anyway he was VERY attentive to the areas that I mentioned I needed massaged as I’ve been dealing with sciatic nerve pain that was affecting my life as if anyone who has had it can imagine how hard it is to function.
