The massage was fine, the rating is low because of the unwillingness to reschedule without paying full price of the for the session. All I wanted to do was push the massage to the next day where there was room in the schedule. I can understand the payment for short notice and canceling but I was just pushing out one day to an open time slot available. Terrible customer service.
The entire Wilson family are patients of Dr. Erin Sherwood the chiropractor at Massage Addict West Brant. She is absolutely incredible. She helps with my migraines and the brain fog that comes after them, my arthritic knees, sore wrists and of course my back. She is super friendly and professional and puts you at ease right away.
