I had a massage booked for 3:45 PM and arrived about 10 minutes early. Despite checking in on time, I was asked to complete a registration form at 3:44 PM, even though I had already filled one out on a previous visit. I was told the clinic recently switched to online forms and needed to complete it again, which I did immediately (completed by 3:46).
