Was actually impressed  Not with the massage but with the skills involved in working on a client with one hand and operating cell phone with other. The texting sound comming from the phone while getting a massage is possibly the most annoying thing I have ever experienced.

I had a very disappointing experience at Massage Addict. My session was supposed to be one hour, but the therapist ended it after about 45 minutes. The massage itself was extremely light — I could barely feel her hands — even though I asked for more pressure. On top of that, her attitude was unpleasant, and she argued with me whenever she asked a question. The room was also freezing, which made everything worse. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I won’t be returning.

I’ve been a member at Massage Addict for four months, and I highly recommend this clinic. I primarily go for acupuncture sessions with Doc Robin, and his expertise has helped me manage my sleep apnea and anxiety, significantly improving my overall well-being. He is professional, always takes the time to explain the treatment process, and genuinely cares for his clients. I was a client of Massage Addict Uptown Waterloo for a long time. The Receptionist (Darlene) at the front desk is very welcoming & pleasant. She was always very professional, a smile on her face & is very much a people person. My massage therapist tsf to a different clinic. 🤔 I really miss seeing Darlene & feeling good after a nice chat! I reccommended this clinic to many friends. They are very impressed with their interactions with Darlene. I'll have to drop by soon to say hi!😁🤗
