I have never been i tried twice, canceled my first appointment one hour before, massage therapist called in sick not a big deal, reschedule for the next weekend. Massage therapist called in sick again thirty minutes before my appointment. I find this to be very poor and unprofessional and when I mention that they stated playing victim. Terrible first impression.
