Always have efficient and great service. The message therapists know what they are doing! Online booking is a huge convenience. Only thing I’ll say is the price is slightly higher than other places.
Most of the RMTs are good but they recently hired a new receptionist and didn’t provide her proper training which caused a huge inconvenience with my insurance/payment however they eventually fixed it
Lucas is still there! Absolutely amazing deep massage and he’s just a super cool guy! The receptionist was very friendly, professional and this location deserves 5 plus stars for overall outstanding customer care and service!
Not a great experience. Visited it for the first time as didn’t get appointment at the stoney creek location. The attendant didn’t do her job well she just did normal spa massage where she never tried to apply any short of pressure and being told her that the particular area is having pain if you can help with it she never cared. I asked her about the exercise and she said that there is no need.
