I was disappointed with my recent massage experience. I was brought into the room about five minutes late, and the massage itself did not begin until a few minutes after that. The session also ended early, as I received around 40–45 minutes of treatment despite being charged for the full one hour. This is unprofessional. I was also concerned that the RMT was unwell who did the massage. If that was the case, appropriate precautions—such as wearing a mask—should have been taken or they should have cancelled my session. I booked with Madison for my first massage in 9 years. She was welcoming and sweet. I felt very comfortable with her and she focused on my problem areas which I really appreciated. I encourage anyone who hasn’t had a massage before (or in a while) to book with her!
Highly recommend Massage Addict Larry Uteck! My therapist Chris is excellent. Always kind and friendly, feel great afterwards and get a good quality massage that leaves me feeling better. The front desk staff are also consistently welcoming and helpful. Great environment and positive vibes!

It was a complete unwillingness to work without any hint of doing it at least somehow well, just a waste of time and money. Sorry, but Chris was not willing to do a real good massage for my wife, especially at women's day(it was yesterday).
