Cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before hand - after front desk Ron called earlier and confirmed the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Thankful there are other locations that do not conduct business this way. Update: they called me during working hours to follow up, I asked they call me back after 5pm when I was available which they agreed to - they never returned the call. Poor management and customer care.
I just had my first visit with Massage Addicts Ancaster as well as my first massage (ever) with Sarah. It was wonderful experience all around, to the friendliness of staff and the professionalism and expertise of Sarah, thank you for making the experience so positive and relaxing! I've already booked my next session. :)
Melissa was all around great! Her treatment was exceptional, and a bonus was how personable she was. I would highly recommend her reflexology.
