Staff are very nice and helpful
Very mixed experience here. The front desk staff are always friendly and professional, and my first massage was excellent. However, my second 60-minute deep tissue massage started late and ended early, so the hands-on time felt much shorter than what I paid for. The quality was also very inconsistent compared to my first visit. I also had a chiropractic assessment that felt underwhelming for the price, as it was mostly discussion without much hands-on guidance or a clear plan. Didnt like the massage, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bottom of the bed was unclean. I have had better massages than this where after a massage I felt relaxed. Had a bad headache after the massage was done.
