The only upside was I was able to get in on short notice, but I know why that is now. My masseuse rushed through the massage with too much oil and did not address the knot I needed worked on. Part way through the massage she began coughing and said a client had gotten her sick a few weeks ago, but she tried to reassure me she was not contagious at this point. A day later I have a runny nose and sore throat.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. My massage appointment with Sheena Spencer was cancelled at the last minute, and unfortunately, this is not the first time—it has happened to me 3–4 times, always with Massage Addict. I had specifically planned this session for weekend relaxation, and having it cancelled so suddenly is both frustrating and inconvenient. Good massage and advice were left especially referring a chiropractor that is available.
As always Brian is amazing and as well as the staff at the front desk. I am always treated perfectly.
