Well I found the receptionist a bit unfriendly but nothing too bad. And I find it takes them too long to let us get undressed and for them to wash their hands. It was over 5 minutes when it took me 30 seconds to get on the table. I kept looking at the clock I believe it was 10 minutes I asked for my back and right foot to be done mainly. I used their online form to point that out and told the massager lady in person and I did not get my foot done and there was 5 minutes still left. My appointment with Janelle was cancelled just six minutes before the scheduled time. I had booked more than two hours in advance and was already sitting in the parking lot when I received the call. Cancelling at that point felt very unprofessional and showed little regard for others. If morning appointments aren’t feasible, they shouldn’t be offered through the online booking system.
