I've gone into this location a couple of times, most recently I was in a fair amount of pain and was able to secure a very last minute appointment as I was about to hit the road travelling and couldn't imagine doing so with the neck pain I was experiencing. My massage therapist was great, and his technique helped with the pain, he was also very friendly and kind. This place is absolutely unfair and unprofessional. Massage Addict charged me a $130 “no-show” fee even though I never confirmed the appointment through any message. When I tried to explain, the owner showed zero empathy or basic humanity — just excuses and no accountability. It’s shocking how they treat customers. Me and my wife will never go to this Massage Addict again. Be very careful before booking here — once they get your credit card, they’ll charge you without hesitation. Think twice before trusting this business!
Yesterday I had a massage with Bruno he was so respectful and made sure I felt 100 comfortable from the very beginning I have had other massages at this location they where good bet his was amazing. I went in for my back and my legs but he noticed how bad my back was asked if he could forcus there so really help me. I so glad he did my back has never felt this much relief in years. I have now found who I want to go too . Thanks again Bruno for taking the time to actually treat my pain and not just do a massage.
Went for my first massage with, Karina. Very welcoming and very professional. Highly recommended
They suck, they charge way to much.. my benefits didnt cover it all. The guy talked the entire time and forgot to massage me. .. 140 for 1 hour????
